At this time, we ship only to customers located in the Continental United States (lower 48). Guest Suites Direct works with our vendors/manufacturers to ship directly to customers . Processing time and shipping/handling costs vary according to each vendor and the item you have ordered. You will receive a shipping notification by email at the time your item(s) are shipped from the vendor. We also will provide you a cost for shipping when we receive it from the vendors. Win most products, the shipping cost is displayed in your shopping cart at the time of your order.
All rates are determined by the vendor, shipping method, weight and size of the items, any special handling charges we incur and the delivery destination. You will be provided with the shipping cost prior to any order being processed by our vendors. Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment of your order, email confirmations will be sent to the email address specified in your account. Email confirmations will include your tracking number and order information. To track your order, please contact the carrier specified in your confirmation.
Email confirmations are considered a service, and are therefore still delivered to customers that have requested not to receive promotional email messages.
Incorrect shipping information may result in the product NOT being delivered on the designated day. The cost of any re-routed and/or reshipped products due to incorrect address information is the sender's responsibility. Therefore, please double check all shipping information carefully, especially zip code information. If we find that the error in address information was due to our mistake, extra charges will not apply.
Late or Undeliverable Packages
Please be sure that your address or the address in which you are sending a gift to is completely accurate prior to submitting your order. Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.
Once a delivery attempt has been made it is the responsibility of customer to make sure the package is accepted. We do not guarantee delivery will be made if there is not someone home to accept a package or if the shipping company is unable to deliver package.
In order to keep the costs as low as possible on the items we offer and because of the nature of most of the items (furniture built to order, bedding & personal items for hygienic reasons, etc.) we are unable to accept returns. If there are defects in items or damage in transit, it is your repsonsibility to let us know immediately upon delivery of item and we will do everything we can to remedy the problem as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any other reason.
